This eleven session course takes a look at the hidden parts of American history around slavery and the treatment of minority populations. Through videos and readings we learn, and then come together to dialogue in a safe setting. The first step to change is to know the history. Each session takes two to two and half hours of preparation, so it's a serious commitment, but it's time well spent. Contact Mother Julie if you would like to participate. Email her at julieatalban@gmail.com.
October 15 is the Harvest Lunch after the 9:30 a.m. service.
Ongoing Events:
Bible Study is held Sundays at 8:30 am in the Rector's Office and on Zoom
Another, covering the same material, is held at 2pm on the previous Wednesdays at Emmanuel, East Syracuse. Also, in person and on Zoom.
Second Thursdays: 7:00 p.m. Healing Service, in person and on Zoom
